They take great influence from artists such as Bruce Springsteen, Woody Guthrie, Tom Petty, and The Band. Blinded Passenger, led by Patrick McGlynn fuses together various elements of music into an Americana Indie Rock style. They've drawn interest from the Scranton area from kids in high school, to seasoned musical veterans and come to Philly to drawn on more.

World Live Cafe:
     Headliner: Crash Test Dummies
     Opening Act: Rob Morsberger
     Doors: 6pm / Show: 7:30pm
     Tix:$25 thru $35

Brad Roberts' voice is unmistakable even as may look like an average guy, now in his mid-40s, When he opens his mouth and his majestic baritone voice immediately conjures fond memories of such Crash Test Dummies hits at "Mmm, Mmm, Mmm, Mmm" and "Superman." Perhaps best remembered for the acerbic folk rock sound of 1991' The Ghosts That Haunt Me and 1993's God Shuffled His Feet, there have nonetheless been enough hits for the band over the years to merit a couple of greatest hits packages. Through it all, the band with Roberts at the helm has touched on funk and soul, folk, electronic music. Releasing today, Oooh La La (Deep Fried), Roberts has been so revitalized by the making of the new record that the band will tour this summer for the first time since 2004. Crash Test Dummies will perform as an acoustic trio with Ellen and Brad singing and old friend and tour partner Stuart Cameron playing acoustic guitar.

Trocadero:
     Headliner: Dommin
Opening Act: Glass Midnight / DownStruck
     Doors: 6pm / Show: 7pm
     Tix:$10

This LA band is back to promote their new album, "Love is Gone". Their musical style contains soft melodies and guitars with a lighter sound that listeners often mistake them to be a little Gothic, but Dommin's lyrical style is very modern and simple to separate them from that genre.
